Boys USAG Gymnastics Team
Referred to as Levels 4 through 10, then Sr. Elite.
The minimum commitment is 2 days a week and increases as your level increases to as many as 6 days a week of training, up to 4 hours per day. Days and times vary based on level and training schedules.
AAU COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is governed by USA Gymnastics. They follow all of the same rules and guidelines, compete the same routines and levels, and are judged by the same criteria and standards. Most of your College sports are competing under AAU.
Girls AAU Gymnastics Team
Referred to as Levels 2 through 3
We started our AAU program to meet the needs of our older gymnasts who came to the sport late, but still had the love and desire to be on a competitive team. With a lower cost and lighter schedule than our USAG Program, it is also a perfect introduction to team gymnastics, great for kids with no experience in competitive sports, and also multi-sport kids and families. We offer Level 2 and 3 Team Programs, competing the Fall schedule each year, with one or two Spring invites added for fun.
