North Florida Gymnastics & Cheerleading offers gymnastics for all ages and skill levels. Whether your child is just starting in gymnastics, wants to work on tumbling, or they have made a commitment to the sport, our programs meet them where they are and develop the skills they will need to take them where they want to go.

Our Mission is to consistently provide the children of our community with enjoyable and high quality gymnastics instruction in a healthy and positive learning environment, which will help promote fitness for life.

OUR HISTORY

North Florida Gymnastics & Cheerleading first opened in the Arlington area of Jacksonville, Florida in 1994. We moved to a new state of the art 19,275 square foot facility in 2015 to enable us to provide more programs to meet the ever growing needs of the children and adults in our community.

Our brand new facility is dedicated to gymnastics training in a fun, safe and positive learning environment for children ages 18 months through adults. NFGC provides a wide range of programs including gymnastics, tumbling, cheerleading, an After School Program, a HomeSchool Program and Camp Programs.

In addition, NFGC has a highly successful competitive gymnastics team program for both girls and boys. Our competitive teams are AAU Levels 2-3 and USAG Levels 1-10.

NFGC also offers many Special Events including Birthday & Holiday Parties, Tumbling & Cheerleading Clinics, and Open Gyms for Tots, Kids & Adults. Our Camp Programs are the best in the Jacksonville area. They include School's Out Camp, WinterFest Camp, SpringFest Camp and SummerFest Camp.

NFGC employees a staff of knowledgeable and highly qualified coaches who are CPR & First Aid Certified, along with being Safety Certified and Background checked through USA Gymnastics.
