Monthly Tuition Information

Student & Class Information
Current Students
All tuition is due one (1) week prior to the beginning of the month. Tuition received after the 1st of the month will be charged a $10.00 late fee. Tuition is based on enrollment in our Automatic Debit Program for automatic monthly billing. Speak with a North Florida Gymnastics office staff member to sign up.
New Students
Full payment is required with registration. It is your responsibility to make full payment for each month. Joining a class after the month commences results in a pro-rated tuition rate based on your start date. Consider becoming an Auto Debit customer for automatic monthly billing. Speak with a North Florida Gymnastics office staff member to sign up.
Dropping A Class Or Missed Classes
There are no pro-rated refunds or credits for dropped/missed classes. Once the month has begun, you are responsible for attending all scheduled classes during the entire month. Only two (2) make- ups are allowed per month. Students have six (6) weeks to make up missed classes. Make-up classes must be scheduled through the North Florida Gymnastics office. If a make-up class is scheduled and you fail to attend, you automatically forfeit the class.
Membership Notes
*Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other persons.
*Registration is valid for a twelve-month period beginning the month of your initial registration.
*Re-registration is required each year with a newly completed form and fee.
*Registration fees noted above do not include additional fees required for competitive teams.
*Groups pay for class fees with one check for an agreed minimum number of participants.
*A 30 day Written Withdrawl Notice is required for extended vacations and withdrawals.
