MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit and a Party Contract is required to reserve a party. Balance is due the day of the party. Party guests that are 3 1/2 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult throughout the party.
*All participants MUST have a NFGC Release Waiver signed by their Parent/Guardian to participate on the gym floor.
